Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. You are entitled to consult your own attorney, accountant, or agent before selling any property, and we encourage it.

Submitting a property is not a sale

Submitting the offer request form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to buy. Any offer we extend is an invitation to negotiate until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Only that signed agreement, not this website and not our correspondence, sets the binding terms of a sale.
